• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery Areas

We ship globally with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions as specified in our delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Customer Responsibilities for Delivery

5. Returns and Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature and hygiene considerations, the following cannot be returned:

• Hand Forged Collections (unless defective)
• Lighting Fixtures (once installed)
• Custom-ordered Cabinets & Drawers
• Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear

Return Process

You must:

• Contact customer service for Return Authorization (RA) number
• Package items securely in original packaging
• Include copy of receipt and RA number on package exterior
• Ship using trackable service to our returns address

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
