Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature and hygiene considerations of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hand Forged Collections: These artisan pieces are often custom-made with meticulous craftsmanship, making each piece unique and non-returnable unless defective.
  • Lighting Fixtures: Once installed, these cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Custom-ordered Cabinets & Drawers: Made-to-order items crafted to your specifications.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the following information in your email:

Step 2: Package Your Item

Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please include a copy of your receipt and the RA number on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the following address using a trackable shipping service:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing (appearance on your statement depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate in your RA request that you prefer an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item has a different price, we will process the appropriate refund or charge the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions as per our delivery policy):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please ensure proper documentation for international returns
