No two items are exactly alike, giving your home authentic, handmade quality that mass-produced items cannot match.

Yes, our lighting collection includes ceiling lights, wall lights, and other fixtures designed to enhance various spaces. From the vintage charm of our Antique Brass lights to modern designs, we offer options for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and more. Each product description includes recommended applications.

While we don’t always sell pre-packaged sets, our collections are designed with complementary styles. Many customers successfully mix and match across our categories (such as coordinating door knobs with cabinet hardware) to create cohesive looks throughout their homes.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems to ensure your financial information remains protected.

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins. Please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after this window as we strive to process orders quickly.

We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch

Orders typically require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During promotional periods (like our Black Friday sale), processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress through our carrier partners’ websites.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect address information. During holiday seasons, all carriers may experience additional delays.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or hand-forged items may have different return conditions – please check individual product descriptions.

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
